Review by hotel critic
As a historian with a passion for medieval architecture, my recent stay at Grandium Hotel Prague was a mixed experience. the location was superb, within walking distance of key sights like Wenceslas Square. the hotel itself was modern and clean, with beautifully presented rooms that had recently been renovated to a high standard. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot specialties, and the InGarden Noodles restaurant provided a unique dining experience in a peaceful courtyard setting. the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, leading to uncomfortably warm temperatures. the noise level in the morning, caused by cleaning staff, disrupted my desire to sleep in. These issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. In terms of service, the staff was friendly and helpful, except for one incident with Ms. Gera at the front desk. Her dismissive response to our concerns about parking was off-putting. It's a solid choice for those looking to explore the medieval heart of Prague, while enjoying modern comforts and amenities.
